  • What are the access hours for the storage units?

    You can access your storage unit 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This allows you to access your belongings at your convenience. For security after hours, we use pin pad access at the gate.

  • How is Kelly's Rock-Solid Storage so secure?

    Our facility is brand-new and enhanced with the best security features. The well-lit grounds are fully gated, and the gate has pin-code access. We also have security cameras and motion-detected lighting. Any unused unit is locked to prevent unauthorized use by the tenants of other units.

  • What payment methods are available at Kelly's Rock-Solid Storage?

    We accept multiple forms of payment including cash, check, ACH, and credit cards. Cash and checks can be placed in the drop box outside the facility office on Good Hope Road.

  • Does Kelly's Rock-Solid Storage charge any handling fees?

    Yes, we charge a 3% handling fee for credit card payments and a 1% handling fee for ACH payments. The dropbox is located at Kelly's Greenscapes, 21661 W Good Hope Road, Lannon, WI 53046.

  • Do I need renter's insurance?

    Yes, at Kelly's Rock-Solid Storage, we require all renters to maintain renter’s insurance on their units.

  • Do I need to bring my own lock?

    All units must be locked, and you can bring your own lock. If you need a lock, you can buy one from us.

  • Do I need to sign a tenancy agreement?

    Yes, you will need to sign a Wisconsin Self-Storage Tenancy Agreement. Click here to view a copy.
